Concept:
Instruction in the Rasselbande follows the "Learning through Playing" philosophy.
We offer a varied daily schedule with structured and age-appropriate activities- nursery
rhymes, experiments, stories, songs, make-believe, number and letter recognition,
colours and shapes as well as pre-writing excercises are part of our curriculum.
"Die Rasselbande" is a licensed preschool by the State of California.
We speak only GERMAN during Rasselbanden hours, however, our school does not
discriminate in providing services to children, their families, and our staff on the basis of
race, religion, national origin, cultural heritage, political belief, sexual orientation, color,
creed or disabilities. Our school is open to all. It is of great advantage if the parents are
either German-speaking or have an avid interest in learning the German language, and
becoming familiar with the German culture.
